New Year’s Bubbly Celebration
Join Danielle Doebereiner (Owner, Nosh & Curd) and I, in this, New Year’s Special Edition of our very popular Lux, Wine and Cheese pairing class, we pair 6-7 premium wines from all around the world with at least with 12 exquisite cheeses. Bubbles will be front and center in this class ! Learn about sparkling wine method production while indulging in some of the world’s most amazing bubbles. This also combines my wine tasting 101 class with ‘how to pair wine and cheese’.

Indian Pizza, Beer and Cocktail night, with Dough Daddy
Join Gibsonia based brewery and Pizza place, Dough Daddy (of Caliente Fame), and I for an evening of Indian inspired pizza, beer, and cocktails . I worked with Dough Daddy’s master brewer, George, Pizza Maestro , Jay, and Chief Mixologist, Amanda, to create an Indian inspired menu that will “wow” you.
Sneak Peek : Coriander infused whitbeer and a dark beer brewed with smoky black cardamom. A vegetarian, Tandoori, Paneer, and veggie pizza on Jay’s New York style Dough and a Roman Pizza with authentic butter chicken. With Amanda, I worked on a Kala Namak (Indian black salt) focused mojito and a warming spiced mocktail, all topped with an Indian cookie.
